Understanding our cancellation and refund policies

Service Cancellation

Party styling services provided by Waxuicandles are customized and planned specifically for each event. Cancellation policies are detailed in individual service agreements.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are typically required to secure party styling services and reserve your event date. Deposit amounts and refund policies vary by service package and will be specified in your service agreement.

Rental Items

For party styling services that include rental items such as furniture, linens, or decorative elements, return policies will be specified in your rental agreement.

Service Cancellation

Party styling services provided by Waxuicandles are customized and planned specifically for each event. Cancellation policies are detailed in individual service agreements. Generally, cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date may be eligible for partial refunds, subject to the terms of your agreement.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are typically required to secure party styling services and reserve your event date. Deposit amounts and refund policies vary by service package and will be specified in your service agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within a specified timeframe.

Rental Items

For party styling services that include rental items such as furniture, linens, or decorative elements, return policies will be specified in your rental agreement. Items must be returned in their original condition, and charges may apply for damaged or missing items.

Custom Items

Custom-designed and manufactured items created specifically for your event are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are produced to your specifications and cannot be resold. This includes custom decorations, signage, and other personalized elements.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund according to your service agreement, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent service delivery, we will work with clients to reschedule services or provide appropriate accommodations as outlined in service agreements.

If you have concerns about services provided or wish to dispute charges, please contact Waxuicandles immediately. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and will work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution.
